History
We Purchased a 38 Acre Retreat Center in 1994. Along with it, we bought the original Pleasant Valley Church building 1/2 mile From the Retreat Center.
It was a one-room church and school from 1911 to the 1940's. The school was moved in the 1940's, but the church continued in that building until 1987. It has one acre of dogwoods and other beautiful trees. It is all original including the hardwood benches.
We purchased this beautiful old building for $5,000. It is a tremendous historical site, and we will restore it to its original beauty.
